I first try to understand the problem remotely. If it can be resolved without a visit, I'll do that, no need to come over if it isn't necessary. When I do come onsite, I learn your environment quickly, form a diagnostic assessment, and give you a realistic sense of what's involved.

I don't just fix and leave. I make sure whatever I put in place doesn't disrupt the way you already work. I leave clear instructions and explanations so you're not dependent on me for things you can handle yourself.

Some things simply can't be done remotely. Checking a printer setting in context, verifying a cable connection, assessing a network layout, physically setting up new equipment, these need someone in the room. I also carry out hardware upgrades onsite: RAM expansions, SSD replacements, and component reviews to assess whether a machine is worth keeping or replacing.

I connect directly to your device, see exactly what you see, and work through the issue with you. You can stay on the phone so you understand what's happening and why. I'm not interested in fixing things invisibly, you should know what I did.

Remote support is ideal for anything that doesn't require hands on hardware. It's fast, it's convenient, and for subscription clients it's available whenever you need it.
