I'm Nico, based in Woollahra. I've been obsessed with technology since I was a teenager, and I spent twenty years in investment banking before turning that obsession into something useful for my neighbours.

No call centres. No lock-in contracts. No jargon. Just someone who picks up the phone, shows up, and gets it done.

What I do

Over the last fifteen years I've been the trusted technology partner for a handful of local businesses, families and not-for-profit organisations across the Eastern Suburbs. Troubleshooting, system design, procurement, security, or getting a new venture off the ground. I've been there for all of it, quietly and reliably.

Most technology support starts with the technology. I start with the outcome you're trying to reach. I spent twenty years as an investment banker and loved every minute of it, but computers were always my other passion. Today I get to combine the two. Having sat on NFP boards for over twelve years, I also understand the constraints of doing more with less. A couple of IT firms that service corporate clients refer their smaller clients to me when they want someone who thinks as well as executes. I take that as the highest endorsement.

I'm not the right fit for every situation. If you need round-the-clock SLA coverage or a full managed IT department, I'll point you to someone who does that well. If you want one person who understands your context, thinks clearly about your options, and delivers the right outcome, that's precisely what I offer.
